I’m always looking forward to the yearly MSD Gives Back Day. That day reminds me how many people and organizations are in need for help, also in Belgium. It provides the opportunity to connect in another way to the community in which we live and to help to make it a better place. Moreover, it is a great way to connect with the MSD colleagues and to make together a difference in somebody’s live … Impressive what hidden talents we have at MSD!
I find a day during which you donate your time and energy as being very rewarding and important to do. It allows you to discover a new environment and reality within our community. And after a full day supporting a project that needs external help, you feel energized and satisfied of the accomplished work. I see it as well as a teambuilding moment, where you create interesting and often funny interactions with the colleagues. I am really looking forward to next event! Laurent
Two years ago I participated for the first time and even though we got rained upon during the whole day, it felt so good to be part of this brilliant initiative. Working together with many colleagues, sharing an important project together, helping our community and having a positive impact on the future of people. I’m very proud to be part of MSD, whose societal impact goes beyond our state of the art products but the fact that we come together as one, roll up our sleeves during the MSD Gives Back-day, so we can, together, make a difference in the lives of others makes us unique as an organization. This day is marked bright yellow in my calendar and I count on the participation and engagement of all colleagues. See you there!
